The villa is tastefully furnished throughout, with open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area, plus three pretty en-suit bedrooms.  Entrance is through a large covered terrace into a comfortable lounge with log fire and satellite TV, French doors lead into a walled garden, this has a BBQ and covered dining area. The Provençal kitchen is spacious with all modern appliances.  The pool is all one depth, solar heated, with both suntraps and plenty of shade. This superbly equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances,  to date, all our visitors have remarked that they have found every thing that they have needed. IN DEPTH DESCRIPTION OF VILLA

The Villa was designed and constructed on an old vineyard, specifically for renting, in the very small hamlet of Les Héritiers, which is just out side the village of Bédoin. Being a new construction this has enabled us, without constraints, to achieve the ideal villa for long or short term rent. For example, the villa is all on one level, making access easy for all. The Villa is positioned facing south, with  walls placed to maximise privacy. All our rooms are light and bright, perhaps here we have diverted slightly from the old Provençal, nevertheless we have still retained the overall style of Provençe. Construction is modern in style but we have endeavoured to make the Villa appear as if it has always been part of the Hamlet.

 Our location, on the petit Chemin (small road) leading into the Hamlet enables the Villa to feel part of a community but at the same time your outlook is, as if you were isolated with only  views of the distant pretty hillside villages and mountains.

 Comfortably furnished throughout, the heart of the Villa is a large open plan lounge, dining-room and kitchen, we thought that this would make for a more inclusive holiday for everyone, even the appointed chef is not cut off from the rest of the party. The kitchen, Provençal in style, has extensive work surfaces ideal for preparing all your meals. It contains all the modern appliances, large refrigerator /freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, full cooker with oven, pots and pans and baking equipment. The kitchen window enjoys the most magnificent view of the Ventoux. The spacious dining area lays between the lounge and kitchen, however, with some 300 days of sunshine each year most meals are taken outside. The lounge, with lovely views of the garden is very comfortable and relaxing, it has a wood burning fire and satellite TV with large French doors which lead onto the walled garden.

Entrance to the Villa is made through a large 5 metre x 4 metre covered terrace, this terrace is also ideal for dining, it is shaded from the direct sun and through its large arch there is a splendid view of the garden. 

 All our bedrooms have ceiling fans with more than ample storage space for long or short term renting. The three bedrooms leading off from the lounge, one faces south with double French doors leading into the walled garden. The other two rooms are north facing with absolutely magnificent views of the Ventoux. All rooms are en-suite  with walk in large shower, sink and toilet.

 The garden areas have also been important to us, we had to maximise on the tremendous views of both the Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. We have designed a walled garden that is both attractive and gives maximum privacy, this includes a BBQ area and a shady place to eat and relax. The garden adjoins the enclosed, secure and totally private walled  pool area,  the pool (solar heated) is 10x6 metres, depth 1.5 metres with very large steps for ease of access, enabling  non swimmers to enjoy the water.  There is a large patio area for those who enjoy the sun, plus a covered, north facing terrace.
